Politico Finally Gets Around To Correcting Bobby Schilling ‘Walk Out’ Smear

Although Politico had to know about its error yesterday, the corrupt, left-wing propaganda outfit chose to wait (according to its own search engine) until this morning to finally correct the record:

HEAD FAKE: FULL SCHILLING VIDEO SHOWS HE DIDN’T WALK OUT ON TOWN HALL – on Thursday, Huddle linked to a Progressive Illinois that said GOP Rep. Bobby Schilling ducked out of a recent town hall meeting after facing tough questions on a jobs outsourcing bill. The liberal news site posted an edited video apparently depicting Schilling doing just that.

We’re 46 days from an election, Politico knew it had dropped a bomb on a local race, but instead of doing the right thing as soon as they had been caught doing the wrong thing, Politico chose to let the lie stand for a full day.

And I love the correction language: “The liberal news site posted an edited video apparently depicting Schilling [walking out].”

That’s just an oily way of saying the video didn’t show Schilling walking out but in big bold headlines we said it did.

“Edited.” “Apparently.” Please, shut up.

Another reminder of why Politico is the worst.

Let’s still decide immoral flip flopper in office and also believe a new burglar are not a burglar in office and then protest any time things fail to work away.

This particular remorseful state of affairs won’t alter until eventually we have taxpayer-financed federal elections.
